The location of Laudenbach, Grossalmerode, Hessen in Jones I is wrong and was corrected in Jones III. The son of Johann Christ Gerlach (Theobald, AKA David) was baptized in Leutershausen, 12 km east of Mannheim, per their church book. This should be confirmed by reading the churchbooks.
The birthplace of his son Elias is not yet known, but it was in Germany.
He appears to have had a third child according to the Simmendinger Register.
Johann married Anna Maria Margaret about 1693. (Anna Maria Margaret was born about 1660 in , , Germany.)
