George Snell, age 7, in 1850 census, Erie Co., NY parents George W. and Harriet.
However, is the 1900 George Snell, shown in Akron, Newstead twp, Erie Co, with the first five of his children, the same George Snell. In 1900, his wife is listed as May, age 27 (but born 1953!), while we show Mary Jane? 1990 record said they were married in 1895, five years earlier, and that she had 5 children, with 5 still living. However, Hazel was age age, born 1892. 1900 census also includes Daniel, a brother, born 1874, married 5 years, but no wife listed. We don't yet have George with a brother by that name.
George married Mary Jane Parkhurst. (Mary Jane Parkhurst was born in Jun 1873 and died on 24 Dec 1936.)
